There's always something beautiful and new growing on our sustainably managed farm. We strive to provide the best and cleanest food for our family and yours; we regularly offer bulk pricing on hard-to-find produce sourced from other regional farms.
Our pastured meats set us apart and we offer packaged cuts of various meats as well as options to purchase whole or partial animals to fill your freezer.

MEAT FROM OUR FREEZER TO YOURS
At Thistle Byre, our speciality is humanely and ethically raised grass-fed meats.
All of our animals are raised on chemical and GMO free pastures. We use organic meat processing facilities to ensure the highest quality product for our customers.
You may purchase our meat products through our CSA program, in person at the Lafayette Farmer's Market, or online by clicking the button below.
